Well, she finally got out of the operating room. She had two blockages (90% and one 95%) that were the culprits. After a while, the doc was able to get the stints into place. Her heart is functioning at 85% and hoping that this will increase with the new flow. She does have some damage due to the diabetic complications. Her old stint is still good. (amazing, it's over 12 years old now) She will stay in the CCU tonight and if all is going well, she may get to go home tomorrow. Just depends on how tonight and morning go. Just wanted to keep you all posted and thanks for the prayers. She did not have to be put under, so she was awake through all of this. Pain meds kept the pain under control and now she has to try and get some rest.
I'll let you know more tomorrow. Take care, Annette

They had to get the wire taken care of and then secure cables to the car to stablize it before getting her free. She was transported to a hospital but no serious injuries were found! She is very badly bruised over her body and sore from head to toe but she was released to come home that night to her baby son.
